The Law Firm started in the year 2013 indulging in the practice of 'Banking' matters under the able guidance of its founder Shri Prem Kumar Pothina. The mission was to rescue destitute entrepreneurs reeling under the coercive measures initiated by the Banks and Financial Institutions. The Law Firm gained the trust of prominent entrepreneurs in South India in the first year itself. Apart from the Securitisation Law related to debt recovery by Banks, the Law Firm had also dealt with Arbitration cases steering its clients with positive results. The other areas of practice had been The Constitutional Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) Law; the Laws related to tenancy rights of agricultural lands at Telangana; Criminal Laws including prosecution by CBI, ED etc. The Law Firm though is only 12 years old, had evolved itself constantly accepting briefs in all genre of litigation and provided the required reliefs to clients with deep R & D and strategic planning. The Law Firm was never shy of any new challenge or territory which it did not tread earlier.
