The Founder, initially an entrepreneur made a shift in his career at the age of 57 to the legal profession not by choice but due to circumstances when he realised that the small and medium scale entrepreneur of our country who contribute more than one-third of the GDP to the nation were clueless about the legal implications and the exit from the debt-traps while borrowing from the Banks and financial institutions. It was then with a stern determination to create awareness and support the destitute borrowers that he established the legal firm, and as a tribute to all entrepreneurs, be it big or small, he had complimented the famous slogan Jai Jawan Jai Kisan of the Late Prime Minister of India, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastry with ‘Jai Udhyami’.

The Founder of the law firm believes that our country could not have emerged as the fourth-largest economy in the world in 2025, surpassing Japan without the participation of not only the great industrial icons such as Shri JRD Tata, Shri Premji and many more prominent business houses, but also the thousands of small entrepreneurs who should be recognised for their immeasurable contribution to the Nation. It definitely requires dynamic entrepreneurs to evolve our country to a developed nation. Hence only the extension of ‘Udhyami’ (entrepreneur) was composed along with the ‘Farmer’ who provides food for his countrymen and the ‘Soldier’ who provides safety and security to the nation.

Since 2012, the law firm had been a harbinger to many industrialists both national and multinational in guiding them with an exit-route from the draconian approach of the creditors.  The Founder of the law firm strongly believes that one should also 'salute the entrepreneur who creates wealth for the nation’.
