‘Legal Excellence’ is something that can be gauged only by experience, and cannot be claimed by a statement. Every associate groomed by the law firm’s Founder over a period of time, reaches the standard that can be boldly claimed as ‘legal excellence’. The journey starts with the culture of ‘accountability’ inculcated in every single legal associate, that can be perceived only with the relationship that the advocate weaves around his or her brief. The case in hand is felt as the most pivotal issue parallel with any personal relationship that the advocate prioritizes. The handling by the Case Manager is a combination of follow-up with a list of strategies drawn as counter measures foreseeing the risk factors. Nothing is taken as granted, and no preparation is final until perfection. Again perfection is taught to be an evolving factor perennially until the finale of arguments, after which the case is reserved for judgement.
