There’s a designated ‘Case Manager’ attached to every client, apart from an ‘Additional Case Manager’ and a ‘Supporting Case Manager’, all of them having equal experience and capabilities. The ‘Case Management Team’ is headed by the Designated Partner and the Partner of the law firm, to monitor and guide. The 3-layered Case Management Team is formed to leave no scope of any inattentiveness or delay in the progress of the case in preparation, nor gives any scope for proxy participation. The client is given updates of his case while in preparation, filing, and after representation in the hearing date.
